Amount deducted from the agent account or Total Payable Price of Agent = Offered price +TDS.
Offered price = Publish price - Commission
TBO will deduct only the cost (of the ticket) from the agent's account, and the commission will remain with agent.

Ans: There are two ways to cancel the train ticket booked through TBO portal:

If user sends the online request of cancellation in that case within two minutes refund amount is processed in the user (agent) account.

Ans:No, user can not reschedule the bus ticket. For rescheduling bus ticket user needs to cancel the original ticket and book a new bus ticket.

Ans:There will be no charges for children below 2 years of age. Children below age 2 will not be provided seat . For children over 2 years of age, require a full ticket for traveling.

Ans:No, someone else cannot travel on your bus ticket. User will need to present a photographic identity proof (passport, driving license, etc.) along with the bus ticket to the bus conductor while boarding the bus. Publish price : Publish price is price that the user(agent) charge form customer against ticket.
Offered price: Offer price is the price that offer TBO to his user(agent). Offer price does not include the TDS(Tax deduction at Source) and Service tax. TBO deduct “Total payable price”from the user account which include offered price plus TDS and Service tax amount .
Amount deducted from the agent account or Total Payable Price of Agent = Offered price +TDS.
Offered price= Publish price - Commission.
TBO will deduct only the cost (of the ticket) from the agent's account, and the commission will remain with user(agent).
Q18: If bus gets late and passenger does not want to travel through the bus, how passenger would get refund of ticket amount and how much cancellation charges would apply?
Ans:If bus gets late due to any reason and passenger does not want travel through delay bus, in that case 100 percent booking amount refunded to user(agent). But for getting refund user needs to send the offline request to the tbo staff.
